Creative Cuisine, our parent company, was originally founded in 2001 as the off premises catering operation of Southwest Real Estate Services. One of the original owners, Vince Corona, was designated as the General Manager. In January of 2007, Vince Corona became the sole owner of Creative Cuisine.
